Generate a new pairing code in the app. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can only be opened once.
Playlist won’t import?
Check your provider’s URL and account status. 8K IPTV Player does not supply or sell content.
New device or reinstall?
Sign in to your registered account. If you have reached your device limit, revoke an old device in My account.
Premium purchase?
Verify your email, then open Settings → Premium in the Android app. Purchases and refunds are managed through Google Play.
Support contact details will be published before public release. Never send your provider password or Device Key to support.
